I’m a highly experienced freelance administrator and marketing support professional with over 20 years’ experience supporting busy founders, senior leaders and creative businesses.
At heart, I’m someone who brings calm to chaos. I love creating structure behind the scenes so that business owners can focus on what they do best, knowing the detail is being handled with care.
My background across executive assistance, marketing, PR and client services means I understand both the operational and brand side of a business - and how important it is that everything feels seamless and professional.
Purpose has always been hugely important to me. Earlier in my career, I was Training and Events Coordinator for the Suzy Lamplugh Trust, supporting programmes that empower people to feel safer and more confident in their everyday lives.
I’ve also volunteered with Operation Smile, travelling to Ethiopia, Santo Domingo and East Timor on medical missions to help provide life-changing surgery for children who would otherwise have no access to it. I supported the teams by building medical record databases and scheduling complex surgery programmes for over 300 children - work that demanded precision, compassion and complete reliability.
Working with values-led organisations matters deeply to me. I was proud to work with Granger Reis because of their B Corp status, and I continue to be inspired by my work with Tropic Skincare and its mission to create a healthier, greener, more empowered world.
Outside of my work, I’m a wife, a mum to one, a step-mum to two, and the proud owner of a very lively puppy. I’m also a Tropic Skincare leader and qualified facial therapist, with a genuine passion for helping people feel calm, confident and cared for - something that naturally flows into how I support my clients too.
Above all, I care. I care about the people I work with, the businesses I support and the difference good organisation and thoughtful support can make.
